Intern placements

Internships are a great way for students or recent graduates to explore a career in agriculture and get to know our business as you pursue your education. As a paid intern, you’ll have the unique ability to work alongside our talented team, apply your knowledge, and build your network.

We partner with local universities to promote job opportunities within our team.

The growing season is a busy time at Syngenta, and our interns help run research trials alongside our field biologists and provide customer support with our sales force. Summer job postings go up in October for the following year’s opportunities.

We also offer intern placements throughout the year in a variety of roles within our organization, so keep an eye on our job board for these opportunities.

Intern scholarship program

We also recognize the hard work our Syngenta interns put into their studies and offer up to nine $2,000 scholarships to help offset the cost of your higher education. The Syngenta Internship Scholarships reward academic excellence and we partner with Universities Canada to administer to the annual program.
